Celebration of Spring

Yesterday, I took all five of my girls to the local historic Wheeler Farm and watched a newborn kid goat with its mother. The manager at the farm reported that the kid was only one day old. We were delighted to watch him wander and wobble around the pen, while the mother goat guarded her newborn.
I would like to wish you a very Happy Spring, Easter, or New Years’ Celebration this weekend. However you choose to celebrate this time of year with your loved ones, I wish you peace, health, and millions of reasons to be thankful!
Here are some of my reasons to be thankful:
my five beautiful daughters,
and a man who I truly adore, and supports my wacky beauty blogging obsession.

What a cute gaggle of girls! Gary loves ’em all as if they were his own grandkids! And, of course, we both love Evan, but we just can’t figure out how he snagged a prize like you! (just kiddin’) We love you guys! We need to go to dinner again, SOON! Happy, happy Easter, Jen. I hope your day is glorious!
