This is the cutest idea and the most awesome contest! I love Benefit!

I met my husband in 1992 in high school - recently broke up with a boyfriend and was on a “group” blond date (remember the parties of 15 going to movies and a diner back in the day?) and well my now-husband was NOT my blond date but another guy there. I was taught to never pursue a guy… but I couldn’t let this one get by! I visited him at the grocery where he worked and harassed my friends until they put in a good word for me.

Fifteen years later we have been through thick and thin - the passing of two parents, him battling and surviving cancer, him being overseas in the Navy, me at college and now almost four years of marriage!

My mom always tells how I came home from the movies that night and said, “I met the man I am going to marry!” I knew it December 27, 1992 and I know it still today!
